Why will it not let me book any of the Epcot restaurants the first week of December? We are staying on site and none of them have any openings...

When do you check in? As of today, it's 181 days from December 1st.
 
I'm having the same issue. All of the single table credit restaurants in Epcot say "No times available". I even tried to go through and book the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package, and it said that no times were available for any restaurant. I'm staying onsite and I check in on the 28th of November. It seems that the problem begins the day after Thanksgiving. There are plenty of restaurants with availability through Thanksgiving and then nothing beginning on the 27th.

Apparently, from what I read on another thread is that Epcot ADRS are being held back due to the CP packages. They should be released soon. I will be there Nov 11-21 and just yesterday a bunch of the Epcot restaurants opened up. Just keep checking!
 
I was able to get Akershus, but nothing else seemed to work.
 
I was just able to get a Beirgarten for 11/30 and there were several times available to choose from; before today the site showed zero availability. Hopefully they're releasing at least some tables now
 
I can't get the search to work at all! Just keep getting the dreaded, "We're sorry, there's a problem...." I don't even want much, but it would be nice if the site actually worked!!

Are you signed in to your account before you search? I find going through the "My Itinerary" page then through the reserve dining link on the bottom of that page usually works best for me. Then I just hit the find table button until the openings come up. It's such a weird site.

I got in just that one time, since then I've been getting the same message you are.
 
I was finally able to book some today. When all else fails, call! There is plenty of availability (at least from what I was seeing) so don't worry!!
 
I was able to get Le Cellier this morning (6/3) for the first week of December, but unable to find anything for 11/30. I checked back this evening and had plenty of choices. Keep trying. :)

We were told this as well i.e. held back for CP packages. Le Cellier isn't a CP restaurant so we were able to reserve there as well just like PP.
 
All restaurants were released yesterday. If you get the error message, you can select a specific restaurant and search for times for just that location and it will usually go through.
 
I guess I'll be calling. I tried booking tonight (and earlier today), but every time I select a reservation time ( it teases me by showing what is available!) it takes me back to the main reservation page with today's date. Very frustrating. Really not a big deal in the scheme of things, but still a waste of my time when it doesn't work:(
