Epcot restaurants children under 9?

Most Disney restaurants say 3-9 is a child & some Epcot
locations say under 9 is a child. My question is, will we be
paying for our infants at the Epcot buffets?

If your children are under 3 you will not pay for them at any buffet..they can eat off your plate
