Epcot Resorts

Which would you rather stay at and why?
Can you specifically book a garden view at YC or BWI?

I have not stayed at either one yet but I voted for YC because I really want to try it. I don't think you can go wrong with either one though.

we have never stayed at the we have stayed at the beach club many times insist on a upper floor room eather way we have found the ground floor rooms to be very noisy

Either resort is great. The pool at the YC is the best in all of WDW, but I've heard great things about BWI as well. We have been staying at Swan/Dolphin for the great rates they offer--deluxe resort, moderate price, same great location as other Epcot resorts.

We stayed at YC this summer, and I must say, it's a very impressive luxurious resort, and SAB is way cool.

I've never stayed at BWI, but I am a BWV owner, and I'm assuming the Inn is basically a BWV studio(?). BW is a terrific resort for sure, but studio vs studio, I'd go with YC, because of SAB.

We've stayed at the YC, BWI, BCV, and the Swan. We love staying in that Epcot area because of all the nightlife and food options. I also love taking the boats to Epcot and MGM. It makes things so much easier with our double stroller. As for which resort I liked the best, I'd have to say the YC. It was renovated just shortly before we stayed there last November and our room was very nice. We had excellent mousekeeping, no noise, no problem. The BWI was very nice also. We had a lovely view of the rose garden with the World Showcase and Illuminations in the background. I also loved the Swan because it was so darn cheap for basically the same experience as the other two resorts. I wouldn't stay at the BCV's again, I won't get started on that, but we had an AMAZING view for Illuminations.

You really can't go wrong. If you have kids they would probably prefer SAB, but that's getting pretty nitpicky.

You can book either a standard view or water view at YC, BC, and BWI. I believe there is also a garden view category, but I'm not sure.

I guess if I HAD to pick out of those 2 I'd pick the YC, but if I had my choice and preference...the S/D are at the top of my list!!

BWI over the YC. Both are great. But BWI is closer to both MGM and Epcot if you want to walk. Also when leaving Epcot by boat, the BWI is the first stop if you don't want to walk.
