Epcot Resorts Gingerbread Tour

I am planning a day on my upcoming trip that has us start in AK then hop to EP, by way of the EP resorts. I want to see the Gingerbread displays in BW/YC/BC and then enter EP at the IG. And I want to walk without too much backtracking.

Am I right in thinking that I could take the bus from AK to BW and it will leave me near the lobby, where I am assuming that the Gingerbread display will be located, and then walk around to the YC then BC lobbies, then the IG?

I do not think YC has a Gingerbread display. They always had an elaborate train set up instead.
I could be wrong this year but I definitely remember the cool train.

The bus from AK goes to all three resorts - YC, BC and BWI in that order. If that happens you will want to get off at YC first. YC also has the shortest walk to their lobby.

I love the train display at YC.

I'd probably go BW->YC->BC->Epcot or BC->YC->BW->Epcot. You can take the boat between YC and BW if you don't want to walk all the way around the lake. The dock is closer to YC than BC. I suppose you could also take the boat from BW to Epcot, but the walk is usually quicker.
