We are planning to rent DVC points and stay at either Board Walk Villas or Beach Club Villas. Trying to list pros and cons for both resorts. Like Beach Club for pool, but read a lot about rooms not being in good shape. My question what order do buses run at Epcot area resorts?:confused3::rotfl::rotfl::cool1:

BW/S/D are always on the same route. Usually, BW is picked up first, and dropped off first. But, I have been on a BW bus that went directly to a park, with no stops at S or D.
YC/BC always share a route. YC is first, obviously.
But....there are times that all three are on the same route!! Usually, park opening and closings bring the two different groupings....BW/S/D and then YC/BC. But at less busy times, all of them could be lumped together.
Many people say this is an awful system, and that other resorts don't have this system. BUT....if you stay at POR you are going to make 4 stops, within the resort. Same at the other moderates! Other deluxe resorts will include other stops at other resorts.

I have stayed at both BC and BW. I own DVC at BWV. I love it there. I don't think I would ever say that any room is shabby, at either of those two resorts. BWV just had a complete rehab about 2 years ago. BC may be getting one soon. But, I wouldn't worry about staying there at all.

If you just care about the buses, then go with BC. The buses go to only MK, AK and DTD. The buses to DTD are miserable at all resorts.

We stay at the Epcot Resort every trip and have never had a problem with the buses. As pp stated, we have stayed at the BW and gotten on a bus in the morning for MK and went right to the park. We have also been on buses that were going to stop at all of the resorts. When we leave a park we get on the first Epcot resort bus that shows up. If they stop at S/D first we just get off there and walk over the bridge to whichever resort we are at - faster than staying on bus. We are returning to the BCVs in two weeks. We were at the BWVs when the rehab was done and they are definitely not shabby. We have never had a problem with the BCVs (have been staying there the past few years) and I haven't had a villa yet that I would say was shabby. Don't worry about most of the reviews you read because most of those that post reviews will have something negative to say. I will admit I was nervous for our first stay at the BCVs since I had read some of the same things and was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Think some people are also thrown off by the fact that the décor is that of a cottage at the beach so that is a more worn look to begin with - doesn't mean the room is shabby. No matter which you pick you won't be disappointed.

The only time I've ever really run into bus problems at the Epcot resorts is coming back from DTD. The bus route can lump all five resorts together, so the buses get very crowded and it can mean a long wait. That alone would not be enough of an issue to prevent me from staying at either the BC or the BW. I liked the rooms at both resorts and would be happy at either.
