epcot red day help please

Going on a saturday during f&w. Its red but thats gonna be our epcot day. I have Akershus at 8:20. I have noon ish FP for Soarin'. Do I try TT standby after breakfast? Or do I schedule to blow all 3 FP to be done by Soarin time and hope for the 4th FP (TT) at the kiosk. There is no other way to pick up TT off my phone if I use Soarin...correct because of the tier business?

Try standby after breakfast, but it's likely to be busy.

You can hope to get a TT FP after you've used your first three, but it's likely to not be available.

You could do TT via the single rider queue, but your party will be separated.

by what time does TT become very busy? I can handle 30-40 min...after that youngsters become a little antsy. I've done that crazy walk/run from Norway to TT before.

I read somewhere that during F&W FW is not too busy until late morning when WS opens....is this not the case? I was holding hope this is may be so.
