Epcot RD International Gateway - quicker to Frozen or Soarin?

Hi. We are going to RD Epcot from IG entrance (staying at Boardwalk) in May. Where do they have you queue up? Do you enter the park then wait somewhere around UK/Canada or do they keep you right at IG? Also, is it quicker to go directly to Soarin or Frozen? We might try to do both right away w/o FP for either, and are deciding the order. Thanks!

We're planning on the same entrance at RD and heading straight to Norway bakery for breakfast in May.

Our strategy last time (though it cost but you have to eat somewhere) was to make reservations for the Garden Grill at 8 am. We ate, were done and downstairs around 8:48, they let us on Soarin at 8:50, then we walked over to Test Track, rode that and were walking over to Mission Space by 9:35. We did a couple other things, and toured the countries while waiting for our 1:40 fps for Frozen.
