I can't remember the exact name of the attraction but it's the 3-D attraction centering around the Imagination Institute. I was wondering if the pre-show was still the same. It was sponsored by Kodak and featured Cyndi Lauper's song "True Colors"

That's "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience," and no, the pre-show is not the same as it once was. It was recently changed.

Awww, that's so sad:( I loved that pre-show. Do you know what the new one looks like???

No, I don't. I know they replaced the single, large projection screen with many smaller overhead flatscreen televisions. We skipped the attraction last week, though, because I don't really like it and the pre-show was really my favorite part. I have fond memories of that pre-show and the song True Colors.

I'm in the opposite camp. I really like HISTA, but I really thought the True Colors pre-show was very lame. My god, it seems like its 30 minutes long.

I have no problem with sponsorship of the attractions, and the ads that come with them. But at least make them creative. Kodak just gave you a Photography 101 class. The real killer is the song. I didn't like it on the radio at 3 minutes long, and in the preshow you're treated to an endless loop...

I haven't seen the new one, but I won't miss the old one...

We are all entitled to our opinions but I have to disagree. I love the song and I thought paired with the images and the words in the pre-show it was really inspiring and it gave me chills. I thought that the pictures that they showed went well with the words that they were flashing on the screen. Oh well, with time evrything changes:(

Fair enough :) I don't mean to trash anyone's fave.

But I think Kodak should have used "Photograph" by Def Leppard instead of True Colors. :smooth:

I saw the new pre-show recently and thought it was cute. Personally, I thought that "True Colors" was a bit long and I would get sick out it after like 2 minutes. The new pre-show is still the same length, but it tells more of a story than the previous shows. Still, all in all, neither has anything to do with the actual ride. Why do they get to put a commercial in the pre-show area and no other attraction has the same thing? Personally, I would just go for the signs, etc like McDonald's has for Dinosaur.
