Happened to be strolling around when they blew off the last of the propane. It is a little hard to provide context (size) with nothing familiar in the picture, but it was BIG. I think they usually do it around 10:00.
I had to check around my laptop - to the photos to determine the date (June 26th) and then the planning worksheet to see that it WAS an EEMH at Epcot. I think you could probably also be lingering in the park after a late dining reservation - like 8:50 at Le Cellier - which is the ONLY reservation you can get on short notice - and happen to be strolling around the World Showcase lagoon around this time. I don't know if you can actually PLAN it, as they don't formally do it at the exact same time each night. If you have the time, though, you could probably catch it.
