JC, where did you get the border for your photos?

I create the borders myself using Photoshop but any paint package will do.

First I enlarge the "canvas" i.e not the image but the space in which it sits by a number of pixels (depends on size of picture). I do this in black.

Then I do the same again in white only smaller then finally I do it again far larger. This gives the black, white, black effect.

Final stage is to add the text using the WDW font. I got mine from http://www.fontseek.com/fonts/disney.htm

And thats it - really simple but effective !

I believe you can buy them in Germany and they are not cheap! I can't remember the exact price but over $20 or so if I am not mistaken. I don't know which one you are thinking is Peter, but they are all girls, and the one in the gold dress in the middle is Belle I think.
