Do they sell EPCOT Passports at the resorts giftshops or in the giftshop outside the entrance to EPCOT?

I'd like to know this too.

I didn't know there's actually a gift shop just outside EPCOT (i.e. b4 turnstiles).

We got ours at a gift shop by the entrance. - It was either just outside the gate or just inside where you would rent strollers.

We purchased ours at a little stand right outside of Norway. My DD5 at the time, absolutely loved doing it.

Epcot Passports are only sold at Epcot. You can find them at any of the stores in Epcot.
