EpCot passports - adult?

DS has an EpCot passport from I believe 5yrs ago. Its not completely filled up. Should I bring it back this vacation? Has an adult ever used one?

There are NO adults at WDW... Just children of many ages.

I bought mine in June and had a great time
getting it filled. Believe me there were many kids
of all ages getting them done!
