For those of you that have printed a photobook passport, was it a problem with them stamping them in the different countries? I guess what I'm wondering is if the photobook pages are like photo pages (shiny) and will the stamp dry enough so that it won't smear.

I uploaded passport pages to Artscow and ordered 5x7 photobooks today. So, I'm hoping they will work.

I printed mine at Kodak and selected a matt finish. My first book I ordered was 5x7 Hardcover and I used donatalie's pages. However, when I received the book I thought it was too big and I also found some more pages that I wanted to add to it. So I redid the book in a 4x6 paperback finish using not only donatalie's designs but some others I found on here as well. I still used the matt finish.

Since I had the 5x7 book and wasn't going to use it I decided to test it out with the stamps I have. It worked well. I would keep the page open for a few minutes after they stamp it just to make sure. Don't just close it as soon as it is done. The sharpie marker worked really good.

I don't think you will have problems as long as it is a matt finish and not a glossy one. I'm going to post pictures of mine on my thread in a few days. I'm still working on my Epcot Package for the kids and want to post it when I'm all finished.

Good luck with your books and have a wonderful trip.

Thanks!!! I don't recall choosing a finish, so hopefully it will be ok. We're not going until October 2012, but I'm starting to plan early! LOL

It's a good thing you are starting now. I found this board about 8 months before our trip and it has taken me the whole time to make all the wonderful things that are here. Autograph Books, Travel Packages (with games and activity books), Epcot Passport, Welcome Letters, Tom Sawyer Scavenger Hunt, T-shirts, Flat Mickey Passport, and so on and so on and so on....:rotfl2:

I'm really glad we leave in 16 days because I don't think my family can stand much more of my Disboard addiction. :rotfl2:
