I wanted to come up with something for my DD7 to do different for a passport when we go to Epcot. She has 6 passports completed from various trips and I thought she might enjoy doing something different, but really can't come up with anything. :confused3 I know I have seen some very creative ideas here, but now that I need them, I can't remember! :confused3

Anyone ever make a book or do different activities with the original passports sold at disney. Have any suggestions? :listen:

Thanks for the help!!! :wave2:

I made my DS a passport on our last trip. The cover has the words WDW Epcot Passport on it with a picture I found of a Mickey globe. The back has the flags of all the countries on it. Inside, it has the words HELLO and GOODBYE with lines behind them at the top of each page, a map and flag of each country in the the middle and some additional lines at the bottom. When he went to each country, he had it stamped like the store bought passports. In addition, he had the person write Hello and Goodbye in their native language on the top lines and at the bottom he asked them to write a little note to him. It was his birthday, so he has Happy Birthday written in several languages along with some other cute notes. He looks at his passport all the time and it has been a great memory for him. In fact, he has been using it to practice saying Hello in all the different languages for our upcoming trip.

That is really a good idea! I can do that and what a great memory book, and I could even add pictures. Thanks for the idea! Now I've got to get started making her book! :Pinkbounc

We got tired of doing the passports too--I mean, how many can you have? So this year we decided to buy chocolate at each country and have a chocolate tasting back in our room. It was really fun--a tad expensive at $2.50 for most candy bars--but something different to do. We found that Morocco and Mexico didn't have chocolate so we ended up without anything from those countries. We made a chart in our room and rated the chocolate on a scale of 1 - 10. My DD, 6, liked chocolate from Japan while I LOVED the chocolate from Norway. Good thing because that candy bar was $5! So there are many different things you can do to make traveling around the world fun for the younger ones. Now my DH likes beer around the world. Hmmmm....maybe we're too stuck on food and drinks...Nah!!
