Epcot passport ~ HELP!!!

Someone directed me to this board to find some advice on making a WS passport for my kids. Let me start by saying I am probably the LEAST crafty person on the planet. I've been lurking on here and trying to figure it all out but I am overwhelmingly confused. So here is my new question:

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY A PERSONALIZED PASSPORT BY NOV.? I've looked on ebay and there weren't many to choose from. I know we can buy a couple when we get there but I wanted something different (preferably cheaper) and personalized for my kids. I'm so stressed out from other things right now this task seems daunting to make one myself (plus there is my craftiness deficiency that I suffer from). Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful.

I have an Epcot Passport that is personalized "Angie" "2010" that I'm trying to give away. If this helps, let me know.
