 I am trying to prepare our itineray for our December trip to WDW, and it must include the Epcot parade because it is one of my family's favorites.

However, I can't find it anywhere in the Epcot schedules. Does anyone know if they have the parade, and, if so, what time is it scheduled.

Thank you,

Gramps:wave2:

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that parade (my favorite by the way) is no longer there.

If I recall corretcly, the original parade was called Tapestry of Nations (from the 2000 celebration), then changed to Tapestry of Dreams. (I could be wrong, though). It ended in March of 2003.

We were soooo upset in April when leaving after Illuminations they had the nerve to play the music from TON!

Both my DS & DD, 5 & 7 stopped dead in their tracks & said "How can they play this music when they stopped the parade!??"

Many people around us stopped & agreed with my kids!!

That was my favorite Disney parade!! I'm just glad I got to see it once before they took it away from me. Any WDW execs around to hear us...we want that parade back!!!

That was our all time favorite parade too! It was always so imaginative! Bring it back please.

We absolutely loved Tapestry as well. Remember when they first debuted it? Three processionals around the lagoon. It was magnificent. Unlike traditional Disney parades, no characters, no floats, which made it unique.

It was imaginative, interactive, festive. Our daughter loved the "touching" of the puppets. We really miss this parade.

Anyone know why they got rid of this wonderful parade??? We saw it 3 times total (twice 1st trip, once the 2nd), but we all LOVED it! Great, inspirational music. I've been trying for some time to find out the reason for its demise, but so far...no luck.
