I haven't started yet either, but I have all my supplies and know what I'm doing. I have a couple of other swaps I need to finish before I do these. They'll be there in plenty of time, though.

I have the stamp & $$ for DC in the baggie with your items, so I don't lose them. VERY nice choice of colors. Thank you for the stickers, they will come in handy as inspiration for an MGM swap.

No, not odd. But I will admit to being confused when I first saw it.
I thought, poor kitty, has to stand it's head.

I'm almost done with this one. I finished my toppers yesterday and my paper piecings today. I just have to do my tags and I'll be done. I have two ideas though - I need to play around with them a bit and decide which one to go with.

Funny story - I was showing my DH my toppers and I felt the need to explain Norway to him because he's not as obsessively focused on every Disney detail like I am so I thought he might not remember it. So I started to say "It's the country in Epcot with the big Viking ship, etc" and he piped up "I know Norway. It's really expensive! Remember, I wanted to buy a jacket there and it was $400!" I had totally forgotten about that until he said that - we were looking at the gift shop with the clothes one time and were blown away by the prices. It's so funny what we remember. I wish he'd do a scrapbook with his own memories of our trips sometime - it'd be very different than mine!

See this is why I want to do a Husband and Wife/ Significant Other CJ. My DH's scrap style is way different than mine. He did a layout in my other CJ group that was really cool.

Oooh, I just did the template of my Topper and I really like how it came together.

One of my elements will be a Quote/Poem/Song Lyric. The other not sure yet.

I think a surprise would be a good idea. So don't sweat what your choice elements will be. Most of us change our minds anyway .

Hi! Tomorrow is the check-in date for your progress on this swap.
Mail to me date is the 20th. I still need two address please.
My progress as hostess - I will have labels prepared ahead of time and I already have the check off/packing lists for everyone's mail back envelopes.
My progress as swapper - All paper is purchased, I found excellent embellishments clearenced at Hobby Lobby so I just need to sit down and make them.

Please everyone, post here your progress. I will be sending PMs to those that don't on Wednesday and if there is no reply, on Friday I will open up any spots that need angels. If you know someone is out of town, please let me know so I don't give away a spot that doesn't need to be.
