Epcot on Halloween?

Anyone have an idea on crowds for Epcot on Halloween? It's on a Monday and I was wondering with MNSSHP at MK, if Epcot might be less crowded.

Touring plans is showing epcot with a 5.5 crowd level on that day

easywdw has epcot as the top choice of parks to visit

The only concern I'd have is that Hanson is the Eat to the Beat concert that night, which will undoubtedly bring out some crowds... other than that, I would think it would be a pretty good day for Epcot Have fun!!
