For an almost park-like break from the Epcot crowds, try the Katsura Grill at the Japan Pavillon. Food pickup is fast-foodish but most tables are outside among the trees. Very relaxing (hmmm ... I just noticed that most of my posts seem to share that same theme). The food is light and very good, with or without the sake.

How is seating outside? As a solo, therefore no one to find a seat, hold seats, although I've wanted to try Katsura Grill, it appeared small, so I figured seating would be difficult.

For singles, I can understand how that can be a problem. One of frequently has to sit to reserve some table while the other orders. But at Katsura, give it a try. Every time I've been there it was mostly empty. I don't recall the times of the day, but you might have better luck not going at prime breakfast or lunch hours. I think that's what we did.
