I know that rides like Soarin, MS, TT etc... will stay open late but was wondering if all of future world stays open and if the countries are truly open - not just sight seeing kinda things. Is it the same as during the day or is it really quiet - we will be there during the food and wine festival, if that matters.
The reason I am asking, is because I am debating between a MNSSHP on a Thurs or Fri. I prefer Thurs, since I get an AP discount and I heard they are less crowded then Fri but they I will miss Epcot's EMH. I love the countries and DH and I were thinking of using that night to drop dd off at a kids club since we can enjoy it a little later. Is it worth it or should we just do MNSSHP that Thurs? We will be there 10 days so we will be doing parks at least 2 times each.
