Epcot New Year's Eve Dinning Question

We are a family of 4 (kids 20 and 14) and going Dec. 30 - January 5. I know that because we arrive so close to NYE, a lot of Epcot dinning reservations will be scooped up by the time our 60 day window opens. We are Disney vets but have never been for NYE. I know it will be crazy, but our hope is to try and snag a dinning reservation in Epcot on NYE and stay close to the International Gateway to enjoy the fireworks (staying at BW). Because of our late arrival/booking window, is there any realistic shot of landing Rose & Crown or Spice Road fireworks package or for that matter, even a decent sit down dinning reservation -open to any suggestions as well. Thanks for any advice or recommendations.
