Epcot Name Changes?

I was just in the MDE app and was surprised to see they’ve changed the names of the areas at the front of the park. When did this happen?

I noticed they’re now called:
- World Nature (The Land, Seas Pavilion)
- World Celebration (Spaceship Earth and former hub)
- World Discovery (Test Track, Mission Space)

Is this a recent change or did I just miss it?
