Has anyone ever gone to the Epcot Mother's Day Brunch? It is kind of pricey so I was wondering if it was worth it. I am traveling with my mother in law on mother's day and we were going to Epcot on that day. Input appreciated!!!!!:earsboy:

We went last year and it was wonderful!

It is held at Epcot in the building where the Millenium Village was, between Canada and UK. I was worried it would be crowded and hot, but my fears were wrong! There were alot of people, but the tables were spread out nicely. The place was decorated beautifully.

There was food stations with each type of food. If you can image a giant size room with food stations all along the outside, you get the idea. For example if you wanted roast beef, there were several carving stations so you didn't have to wait in line. The food was very good, fresh and hot. We really enjoyed the pasta the chef would perpare for you. The breakfast items were yummy, too.

The service was very good. The CMs kept your drink full and cleared your dishes, so you could go back for more. But by far the best were the desserts. DD still talks about the Boston Cream Pie.

They had areas set up with flowers and fountains where you could pose for pictures. Our table wasn't far from that and it was fun watching the happy families.

If we were there, I would go again in a minute.

Hope this helps!

The Mother's Day Brunch is also being offered on Saturday May 8th! We've never been but are taking our Mom to Brunch on Saturday!

CoolDisneyCat,

I was just wondering if you could advise on the dress code? I know it's probably based on your group but any info would be helpfull!

Thanks,

The majority of people had on nice park attire, shorts, capris, but some folks were dressed up a bit more. I saw quite a few little girls in cute summer dresses. Some groups had matching "Happy Mother's Day" Tshirts.

There were some women in Sunday dresses, hose, nice shoes .. but they were wilting in the heat.

I think the key is that you will be in the park and since you have paid admission, you probably won't leave right away. Be comfortable!
:D

Wow!.. This sounds wonderful!! Mothers Day will be our first active day at the parks on our Hoppers. We're taking my Mom on our trip with us, and I'm a Mommy myself, so I'd really like to do this!! :)

Does it require PS??

Yes it does require a PS and you must give them a credit card number as well. I believe there is a $10 charge if you don't cancel within 48 hours of the Priority Seating or you are a no show. My Dreams agent made all the arrangements for us and that meant no long distance phone calling!
