They are running buses from each of the monorail resorts.

No, the Epcot monorail is not operating. No word on when Disney plans to reopen that line, although presumably it will be awhile (my assumption).

The Resort Line and the Express Line (TTC to MK) are running. Only the EPCOT line is not.

DS and I trying to figure out the reason for Epcot monorail being closed. He says it's a safety/Covid issue with shared air in train cars. I say this could be solved by airing out cars and one party per train car. Any thoughts? It also seems to me to be a $$ issue....

I think it's mostly that park hopping is not currently allowed, so there's really no reason for it, beyond the fact that the monorail resorts now need buses to EPCOT.

If it were a safety/Covid issue, none of the monorails would be running. It's a cost-cutting measure.

I read a while back that the Epcot monorail line is in need of repairs. I don't know any details - just that the Epcot line is in worse shape than the others. Maybe they plan to work on it.

No, park buses don’t run from the TTC. This statement applies to pre and post COVID times.

Pre-COVID, you could take a bus from the MK bus plaza to DAK and take the Epcot monorail from the TTC to Epcot, but neither park-to-park buses or the Epcot monorail are currently operating.
