Epcot Monorail - What time does it start running in the AM?

I've searched on this, but can't find a definitive answer. I've read that the monorail from the TTC to Epcot starts at 7:30, but also that it starts one hour prior to park opening. Which is it? We'll be staying at the Poly and I want to schedule an early breakfast at Akershus.

When we were there in October, it started at 7:30

Thanks for the reply. I think I'll plan for that, but if we get there and find out it won't be running that early, we'll just grab a cab.

I believe 7:30 AM is the correct time.
