Epcot Mickey Head

Ok Guys,

I have been searching this thread for hours!! A few days ago, I stumbled across the Epcot flag Mickey heads, and now I can't find them again. I have found several, but the ones I like the best had the ears in black, and the face as the flag.

Any idea who did this disign? Can you please point me in the right direction?
