DH and I are planning on taking an adults only trip in May of...well originally it was this year. Now we're trying to figure out when we want to reschedule. I've never been to EPCOT and he hasn't been since the 80's so we'd both like to wait for the Construction-COT faze to be reasonably close to over. But we've also not had any Disney in 3 years and I'm getting antsy. I know nothing is set in stone with all the upheaval that's been going on but if you were to guess would May 2021 be okay or should I suck it up and wait for 2022?
