Epcot Itinerary w/PSB

I have a 10:10 am Princess Storybook breakfast. It seems like a terrible time but it was the last available spot. Do we have time to do anything at the park first, and what should it be?

Is it an early entry day? If it is then you can enter at 8:00a and do both Mission Space and Test Track. If it isn't then you might be able to do one and fastpass the other and then head to your meal. Hopefully you'd be done by the time the fastpass time came.

We've done it before.
