Epcot - Garden Grill Question

Does anyone know if the Garden Grill is on the dining plan? If is is not could someone please tell me a GOOD place to eat dinner at Epcot?

So am I - 1 snack, 1 counter service and 1 table service credit each day - is that what you mean? Or do you mean the Quick Service DDP in which case you don't get a table service credit? The Garden Grill counts as 1 table service credit.

Great, I have heard great things about this place and would like to try it.
Does anyone have any good idea's for a good place to eat downtown disney on the free dining plan or a resort --- I tryed the Boma and grand Floridian in December and didn't care for those.
