Epcot Friendship Boats?

Can anyone tell me if these still run? I'm talking about the 2 boats inside Epcot that travel between point A & B on opposite side of the the world showcase waters, not the one that runs between Epcot & DHS.

Yes, positive
Not sure of exactly when, believe it's been at least a year, maybe more (they signs are still there but boats do not run)
