Epcot Friendship boat route

Hi, would someone please tell me the route that the friendship boats take. We're staying at the Swan Reserve. I know that we will have to walk to the dock between the Swan and Dolphin. Just not sure from the S/D, where the boats go. Thanks!

The loops are EP-BWI-YC-Swolphin-DHS and DHS-Swolphin-YC-BWI-EP. Each hotel dock will have a sign telling you where to stand for which park.
