It seems like using a FP for Frozen would make the most sense, so if we do a EMH day and go right to soaring would we have a problem getting on? Would the standby line be shorter on an EMH morning or does it not even matter? How is the availability to get soarin as a FP later in the day as a 4th pass if park hopping?

No you won't have a problem with a minimal wait at Soarin if you get there first thing during AM EMH.

It's always been highly unlikely to get Soarin or TT (now FEA as well) as a same day FP, let alone a 4th FP. It's possible but the odds won't be in your favor
