EPCOT fountain help

Can someone help me with this picture? Is it in Italy?? I know I've seen it but can't place it for the life of me!!

I don't know if you ever got your answer to this. But just in case anyone is wondering, no, this fountain is not in Epcot. It's in Hollywood Studios, inside the Tower of Terror.

As you exit the elevator at the end of the ride, you're guided past the screens showing the ride photos and into a sort of lobby area where you can buy the photos:


If you notice on the left side of the picture, there are a couple of potted plants. When you look between those plants, you see the fountain:
