epcot food & wine fest. does anyone know when ?

we are interested in the epcot food and wine fest. , but we are not sure when it is, i also read in a post that they may add these to the resorts, if true does anyone know which ones, and please add any other info i may need to know, thank you

The food and wine fest usually starts mid-october and runs through mid november. It is located around the world showcase in EPCOT center.
