EPCOT food and wine?

We've been lucky enough to visit F&W twice in the past, most recently in 2009. Its looking like we may get to back this year.....so, quick question...do the kiosks still accept snack credits? Just wondering, its been a while and wasn't sure if the policy changed....thanks so much!
