We're going tomorrow, so I downloaded the menus from allears.net, and now my keyboard is wet from drool! I marked everything that I hope to chow down on, and hubby is going to do the same. I'm a little disappointed in some, like Canada, which basically has the same things you can always buy there, but there are some nice unusual dishes at some of the kiosks, too, like mashed yuca with pork cracklings and shrimp; chilled bay scallops, shrimp, and squid in lime dressing; spiced beef ravioli with yogurt and paprika butter; and spanish olives, marcane almonds, and chorizo sausage. Should be an interesting culinary adventure!

Can't wait to hear your review! That's a good idea about printing out the menus, I think I'll do that too. Thanks :)
