Epcot Food and Wine- which day?

Now that 2018 F&W dates have been released (finally!) I have a question for those who have been during the first few days of previous years’ festivals.
Of the first three days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) which day would you suggest attending?

Thursday, no question. Friday, only during the day. Saturday, stay away.

Thursday. I’ve also been to the CM Preview day where most guests don’t know the kiosks are open. It’s fun interacting with the CMs as they’re learning how to process all the orders without being too stressed out.

Is the date of the CM preview day predictable? Would it be the day before the Festival officially begins?

If there is a Preview this year, it would be on Wednesday, the 29th.

I'd go a part of all three days. Seriously, I go every year to F&W and spend a part of each day there. If I had to choose though, I'd go Thursday.

Thursday arriving at opening. I'd start in Canada as that both always draws a crowd.

I feel Thursday would be your best day and be there when the booths open. Friday works if you are there when the booths open but be ready to leave by 5:00 p.m. when it begins to fill with locals. Never on Saturday or Sunday if you can avoid it. It is still do-able on Saturday and Sunday but will be much busier with the locals attending.
