Epcot food and wine festival? MNSSHP

Hello!

When would one expect info to start to appear for this year. ie various booths and selections, for planning park touring.

Same for MNSSHP I am doing this Fri Aug 30 and Food and wine Sat sep 1st.
Starting to get excited i guess, looking for more info.
