Epcot food and wine fest. 2015

My husband and I are thinking of taking a vacation just for the two of us to Disney world/Epcot in October and were thinking about doing the Food and wine fest. would like to get an idea when to start making reservations for all of the food venues and when to make reservations at Victoria and Albert's chef table. Thanks for any info you can give!

Event registration for the 2014 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival opened in late July last year. With the event beginning later this year, it may be early August for 2015 events. Preliminary schedules will begin to trickle out during the summer, with a full schedule usually available a week before registration opens for passholders.

I would recommend making other reservations (lodging, flights, etc.) before the event schedules are out. It may be tricky if there is a specific event you want to attended, since not everything is offered every week/day, but I recommended looking at last year's schedule for some guidance. You can always modify travel plans if needed. Of course, being Disney, I'm sure there will be new events, some events will disappear, schedules will change.

Thank you so much for your information . We are looking at going in the beginning of October so we have plenty of time. The problem is that we want to make reservations for specific thing so I guess we will just have to keep our eyes open!
