Epcot festivals

Hi! I am pre-planning, pretty far in advance. We will be in Epcot during the festival of holidays. We have food allergies in our group and want to try some of the fun snacks around the world. Does anyone know if ingredient lists are available at the booths? Would we treat this the same as a quick service location and ask to see a binder? I will email special diets, but I am looking here to see if anyone has experienced this first hand. Thanks!!

We had a very specific allergy at F&W and when they weren't sure about it they'd look in the binder or call in and inquire. Although I recall one booth having a binder and also calling in so maybe the binder wasn't 100% or the CM just wanted to be extra sure. Just be ready for it take a bit more time.
