EPCOT Fastpass+: Can I choose three from Tier 2?

My husband and I are taking our 2 year old daughter to WDW in November. This will be her first time and I'm trying to figure out what rides she will be able to go on. After looking at the EPCOT fast passes, we won't be choosing any from Tier 1 but in the Tier 2 group there are three we want to choose (Meet Mickey, The Seas with Nemo, and Turtle Talk). Is there a way to select all three fastpasses from Tier 2?

I don't know anything about kids tickets, does your daughter need a ticket? If not try to split up your fast passes. You and your husband take different attractions from tier 2. Maybe you both select Meet Mickey and then one select Nemo and the other select Turtle Talk. There is always a chance that the lines won't be long for on attraction and you can all be together.

There is no way to do it and, honestly, you don't need FP+ for all of those. From Tier 1, I would choose Living with the Land (my DS7 LOVED this when he was 2) or Illuminations (if you think your DD can stay up that late) and then pick Character Spot and Nemo (which you probably won't need unless you are going during Thanksgiving). You really don't need an FP+ for Turtle Talk.

Nor can you just choose 2 from tier 2. You are obligated to take a tier 1.

When are you going? You likely won't NEED a fp for nemo. You can also get that fairly easily as your 4th fp, if you so desired. I'd do test track with the rider swap and soarin with the rider swap, but that's just me our 1 1/2 & 4 year old could hang out in the test track exit area for hours

She doesn't need a ticket. I was thinking that I would just book an early pass from Tier 1 (before I even get to the park) and by the time we use up the other two passes from Tier 2, I would be able to go to the kiosk and try for a fourth fastpass. It just seems like such a waste of a fastpass that someone else would want to use.

We are going November 14th in the afternoon but we are leaving before IllumiNations.

What is in the test track exit area?

There are a bunch of cars for them to play in , little game things. They can do pictures with weird backdrops or just run up and say cheese in every spot like mine did. It is large area. We were dragging my kids out
