Epcot F&W...if you could only do one event?

If you could only do one (or maybe two) F&W events, which would they be? DH and I will only be at WDW for 3 days in November....probably only able to book one event. Looking for opinions on which ones are 'not to miss'.

I booked this event for DH and me and this will be the first time for both of us. We've been to the F&W festival a few times but no special events. Can you please give me some details??? All I can find is a very general description. What type of food is it (we're going on 10/8) - is it a "sit-down" meal - buffett style - how does the wine/beer work? Are there cooking demonstrations or is this an eating/drinking fest?? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
