Epcot F&W dates?

Does anyone know when Disney usually announces the dates for this?

Compared to last year, the dates are late in coming out. Expect late August or early September running until early November. Last year's festival ran for a record amount of time due to Epcot's 35th. It's unclear if that extension is permanent or even if there will be any further extension this year.

Interestingly, the Disney Food Blog just had a speculative post this morning (at least I read it this morning) saying that they figure the F&W will go from late August until early November this year. I hope they're right.
