Epcot F&G Poster and Merchandise?

Had to check out the Epcot Flower and Garden poster for this year after they talked about it on the show and I love it! It's way better than last year's poster! I have a couple other F&G posters and need to add this year's to the collection. Does anyone know if you can order Flower & Garden merchandise over the phone like other merchandise? I wasn't sure since festival stuff isn't really in the stores, but at the outdoor kiosks. I need the poster and the coffee mug that is way too cute. Love Donald on there. Something from the flower pot mugs they've done the last several years.
