Epcot extra hours

Going to epcot in 2 weeks and can do extra hours is the intl gateway open after 9 to get over to France by foot from Canada to ride Remy? Or do we have to go all the way around the other way?

The IG is open whenever Epcot is open. It’s the point of entry for the Epcot-area and Skyliner resorts - they don’t even have transportation to the front entrance of Epcot.

BTW the IG lets you enter between France and the UK. When you get to the main walkway, take a right, cross the bridge, and you’re in France! Canada is on the other side of the UK.

Sorry, I obviously misunderstood! (The IG is the entrance to Epcot, down the hill from the side of that bridge.)

Yes, the bridge between UK and France will be open - you won’t be the only guests heading to Rémy after Harmonious!

Just clarifying I heard it wasn't open after close dk where I heard that

At some point after Epcot closes, the World Showcase walkway between Norway and France will close (the part of the circle that goes past the American Adventure) because nothing between them will be open. Maybe that's what you heard.

But the bridge between the UK and France has to stay open as long as Remy is open (guests have to walk from Norway to France via Mexico, Canada and the UK). And the IG itself will stay open as long as guests are in the park, since that's the exit for so many resorts now.
