I ask this question every year so please forgive me BUT during EPCOT EMH do all the shops and restaurants stay open until 11?

Not from our experience. We have found some of them close when the park officially closes and others close before the end of EMH. Perhaps that's the season we were visiting in the last few years (?)

Whatever happened to the EMH Times Guides you used to get after official park closing?! I miss those. The last few trips when I've asked they have told me at all three parks (AK being the exception) that they no longer print these. They were so helpful

I know Mousegears is opened during EMH and I think the Art of Disney is also opened, but as for the ones in WS, I think they close when the park close. The only things opened are Maelstrom, the 3 Cabelleros ride, and I believe some of the beer carts.

Everything is subject to change.

The EEMH Times Guides are available at Guest Relations inside the Parks.(they probably won't be on "display"-just ask a GR CM for one.)

Whatever happened to the EMH Times Guides you used to get after official park closing?!

You can get them AT Guest Relations INSIDE the Parks.

You may have to ask the GR CMs for one and "describe" what you want.
