Epcot EMH (The Land) - no quick breakfast option?

I'm not finding anything, but is there any quick breakfast options (cinnamon bun, bagals, somthing like that) at the Land area in Epcot to grab something quick if you want to do EMH 8:00 AM rope drop?

I am 99% sure that Sunshine Seasons in the land serves breakfast..including pastries.

I don't know if it is open for EMH, but it is our tradition to get muffins and coffee/juice in Sunshine Seasons around 10AM or so.

We just ate there this morning after our Segway tour. There is cereal, fruit, tons of pastries, juices, bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches, oatmeal, french toast and the breakfast platter with potatoes, biscuit, bacon, eggs and sausage
