Epcot EMH - Test Track and Frozen (from IG)

Plan to hit Epcot EMH (mid August) - entering from the IG. Want to do Test Track (if not down) and FEA. We would like to "build a car" (so plan to use standby, not single rider). What's the best order (in terms of total wait time)? TT first or FEA first? Thanks!

Both tend to get long lines quickly. But FEA may still be more popular.
I would do FEA first and then have a FP for either TT or Soarin.

Agreed, if you want to do all three, RD FEA, then head straight to Soarin, and get a FP for TT.
