Nope. The attractions that are open for morning EMH are all in Future World.

I don't think the World Showcase opens early on early morning days - just Future World. However, if you are staying in the Epcot Resort area, the International Gateway entrance to Epcot is open early. This allows you to walk through the England and Canada pavillions (even though none of the stores or attractions are open) to get to Future World.
