Epcot EMH evening

I was looking at the list of things open for EMH evening at Epcot and wondering if the countries in world showcase are open to walk through. The list said some of the atractions were open but I'm am confused about walking in the buildings at the countries. I'm trying to work out our touring plan.

Yes,the shops in the pavilions are open-Disney isn't going to pass on an opportunity to sell a little merchandise!LOL It is a great time to tour WS.It is relatively empty.It seems that most Evening EMH guests tour Future World.Have fun!

Yes, but many of the eateries close at park closing, and I think the rest close by 10, Kringra La bakery stays open for a while, and so does the outdoors Mexico eatery. I think the beverage options get limited too - so keep that in mind and eat before 9pm.
